A small point.....which insurance companies have you in mind to underwrite the success of the geo-engineering projects, just in case there are unforseen consequences that other states, companies and individuals may wish to sue the geomancers for should any damages occur?

Hello Michael,

If we wait 20 years for geoengineering, it will be done in a panic and
it will almost certainly be too late.  The sooner we start
geoengineering, the better chance of it going right and averting a
disastrous end to our civilisation in 20 or 30 years' time.
