Thanks Matthew, That's really useful and hopefully will allow me to get things moving. I believe we would use WAMP. The IT folk here like to keep a fairly tight control over the system so I probably won't have back-end access. In fact, if the process is that straightforward then the most difficult part could be finding the pub - not too many in this part of Portugal but no doubt a few glasses of our local Alentejo wine in one of the ubiquitous local cafés could serve equally well :-) Will keep you posted.
