Dear SPMers: I am trying to do a CASL analysis using the fMRI module. First, I am calculating the rCBF images from 2 states; rest and cold. In the analysis, I am concatenating the images (first rest, then cold) as below. But I am running a problem with the model estimation. The error code is: SPM8: spm_spm (v3342) 07:30:25 - 09/12/2010 ======================================================================== Initialising parameters : ...done Plane 13/13 , block 1/1 : ...done Failed 'Model estimation' Reference to non-existent field 'Vbeta'. In file "/Applications/spm8/config/spm_run_fmri_est.m" (v3327), function "spm_run_fmri_est" at line 118. Any idea what that means and how to correct it? Regards, Michael
