Dear SPMers I'm using DARTEL & VBM to compare grey matter integrity in two groups of patients. Usually I work with functional Data sets. Is it appropriate to perform Roi-analyses on the VBM Data? Based on previous findings we have specific hypotheses (e.g. Hippocampal abnormalities). Would it be valid to specify anatomical rois using the wfu pickatlas and restrict group comparisons to Hippocampal regions? Thanks in Advance & Kind regards Ben
