Hi SPMers, There is a brain voyager procedure called 'header-based alignment' that uses PAR/REC or DICOM header information as a means of co- registering a functional and structural image from the same session, which can be useful for partial coverage functionals. Does anyone know of any similar tools or code for SPM?
