Hi,

Would appreciate your thoughts and opinions on this case.

New referral I had - -School crossing lady with H/O DVT- left (2004) and PE last year. Been on warfarin since July2009. Apparently no issues with work thru' last winter. But because of unusual cold spells recently, she's been complaining cold making her leg ache & painful during her short periods on duty(35 mins. AM & 30 min. PM). Union hubby quoting she should be covered under the disability provision EA. and demanding council supply her with thermal leggings. Council arguing she would be wearing leggings for other times anyway so refusing to cough up, and it may set a precedence for others, etc . Question, is it reasonable to provide her with the leggings?? Any evidence of cold on condition/medication?

thanks
lean
