Dear Rick, I wonder if he is a relation of Joseph Yelloly Watson? JYW produced "A Compendium of British Mining with Statistical Notices of the Principal Mines in Cornwall", 1843 (not I believe the only edit.), and had an interest in mines and financial mining matters. Regards, Bernard
