Hi,<div><br></div><div>At the last Technical skills study day I attended we had a discussion about breech vaginal birth. This surrounded maternal position during the birth.</div><div>It was mentioned about how when in the all fours position the woman will move forwards and in effect guide her pelvis over the fetal head. I am wondering if anyone has or knows of any references that support this?</div>
