On Thursday evening, we released a new version of Aspire. This release included:
* Library Acquisitions users receive an alert by email when a list review is requested
* Clicking on a published item in review mode opens an overlay with item metadata and item availability (previously this link went to full item display)
* Users can add rich text notes to lists
