Hello,

 

Today’s strange enquiry is as follows – any thoughts from anyone? My enquirer is trying to order Anticoagulant Therapy record books – details from his enquiry as follows:

 

they are small booklets where patients record their warfarin medication!  There are no contact details on the books and I’ve tried to google but can’t find anything.  Is there a medical resources central order line???
