Dear colleague
There is a lot of work on the Low Value Interventions both nationally and across the North West. I have managed to access a copy of the report developed for the national QIPP Programme and attached it here for you to review against what is happening in your Local Health Community.
If you have any reports, updates on the local picture in your LHC, please can you forward them to me as I am developing a regional approach to this and would like to develop it based on existing good practice.
I am aware that there is ongoing work in Cumbria, Western Cheshire and the Wirral, are there any other Low Value Interventions happening and are they being linked to the Map of Medicine to make them available to clinicians on the ‘front line’?
Please call me this afternoon or early next week if you need to discuss this further
