Keynote speakers and pre-conference workshops
This year we have two keynote speakers.
Professor Sally Brown's opening keynote is entitled: “Strategies for enhancing the student experience and improving engagement".
Becka Currant's closing keynote is entitled: “Divination and forecasting: What will happen in the future of Higher Education?”.
On Monday 18 April, there will be a pre-conference workshop programme commencing at 1pm, including a workshop to be presented by Professor Phil Race entitled "Engaging students - making learning happen!"

We are very pleased
to be able to freeze delegate fees at the 2010
level (see
below). This rate includes the
conference dinner on Tuesday 19 April.

Social events have been arranged for the evening of Monday
18 April. Whilst
delegates are
responsible for organising their own evening meal on 18 April the steering group will facilitate
social arrangements to help with networking.

Session Proposal
Form
If you are planning
to put in a session proposal please remember that the closing date is Monday 13
December, the full call for papers (including the on-line proposal forms) is
available on the ALDinHE website.
We do hope that many
of our members will be able to come along and join us for this stimulating
conference and look forward to welcoming new delegates as well. This is
known to be one of the most friendly conferences in the academic
year!
