Hi - a few addons have been listed at: https://www.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/phpwiki/index.php/FSL%20Plugins However, there isn't any information on how to 'create' plugins: FSL is a mixture of C++ programs, TCL and bash shell scripts, and TCL/TK GUIs, so there's a number of ways/levels to link in new tools into this. Did you have a specific functionality you were considering working on? Cheers.
