as an advice, when you process GUI-created fsf file. it's better to append the new values (fmri data path, output dir, events file path...etc) at the end of the file instead replacing values located anywhere in the file . when revising an old analysis you will rapidly find all values at the end and you won't need to look within thousands of lines. cheers Alberto
