Does anyone know why not? Other orgs on the list are also charities, so it can't be that...

As you may be aware, the government have pushed back plans to introduce the health bill until early next year. Not only this, but Oliver Letwin has been called in by No 10 as a troubleshooter amid the growing controversy surrounding the proposed upheaval. So we must keep up the pressure. And the delay gives us more time to continue lobbying.
