Tim, At the Blackboard conference in the summer, I saw a really good presentation on a Blackboard testing plan by the University of Leuven. They had used a series of existing real academic modules to be their testing examples, and classified Blackboard and their own integrated tools into a series of categories, depending on how critical they were. I think the presentation will be on one of Blackboards sites.
