The University of Otago, Wellington (UOW) is seeking to appoint a Biostatistician to the Biostatistical Consultancy group in the campus Research Centre. The role of this position will be to provide competent, timely advice on study design and statistical issues to health researchers in the University of Otago, Wellington. The successful applicant will work with the Associate Dean (Research and Postgraduate Studies) and the biostatistical team to continue to develop the capacity and quality of quantitative research at the UOW. There will also be the opportunity to initiate and carry out research projects, independently and/or in collaboration with researchers from departments across the School. This is a fixed-term position for two years up to full-time dependent on the level of appointment.
