Hi Daniel, AFAIAA, participation in EThOS is entirely at the discretion of the university and they have to pay an annual charge - I can't easily see how much. In these days, I can imagine that they might want to save money. They do publicise which institutions have joined, but not which have left. There is a complete list of institutions & if the ones that you are having trouble with are still on the list, I would write direct to the Librarian.
