Dear SPM-ers, <br><br>when trying to run the 2nd level PPI analysis (model estimation), I get a warning &quot;no inmask voxels - empty analysis&quot;. I ran the same analysis before, and it worked well. Also, when looking at individual participants&#39; 1st level results, there is always some activation and generally their results make sense. <br>

I looked into the archives for this error message, but I don&#39;t think the advice make sense for me (or maybe I just don&#39;t understand it correctly).<br><br>Could anybody help me with this? <br><br><br>Thanks a lot, <br>
