Dear all
i am trying to create a customized T1 template from DARTEL procedure
in spm5, i can use "Deformation" tool to combine u_rc1.nii and template_sn.m then apply this deformation to native space T1
but there is no template_sn.m in spm8
how should i create the DARTEL T1 template in spm8?
can i also use "Normalize to MNI space" to normalize native space T1?
