I am a graduate student doing research in statistical analysis of medical image. I see in the SnPM page that I can contact you for general SnPM issues. One thing I do not understand in the SnPM code is that when you do regression, why you use [ regressors - mean(regressors) ] as labels instead of just use regressors as labels?
