Deae SPMers,

 

I am going to use SPM for Cerebral Palsy Brain image analysis. Due to their abnormal or incomplete development of brain structures, I am wondering if SPM still work for such large brain deformation (for example, there is a large hole in some brian). Can SPM do registration and normalization among CP brains and health brains? If SPM does not work for this issue, could anyone recommend me a tool for it?
