Dear all, I got a DTI data which has two obvious dark holes at the middle point of the internal capsules, and there are hardly any tracts that can be visualized at that two black holes (see pictures, the two holes are highlighted by two green spheres). I wonder if it is a serious problem and what caused it, and if possible, how to avoid it? Thanks for your answer! Best wishes, Meikei
