Hi, I have an EPI (fMRI) run of a subject with two slices more than all the other runs/subjects (all other scan parameters are identical including TR and TE, etc). How can I readjust the dimension/slices of the scan/run and include the subject in the analysis with all the other subjects? We are using spm8 for data processing and analysis. Thanks much in advance. Ben
