Dear SPMers

 

If I have fMRI data (EPIs) preprocessed in FSL (or just registered and normalized), can I do the rest of the preprocessing /first level/second level analysis in SPM?

 

I am quite comfortable running analyses in SPM but I have had some registration problems, and I am being advised to try the FSL registration tools, but before I do so, I wondered if I can continue the rest of the analysis on SPM.

 

Any comments would be extremely helpful.
