What image is to be specified as reference image and source image for coregistration? We have used the strucutural (s.img) as source image and functional (means.img) as reference image, following the examples given in SPM5 manual. However, we were unable to obtain an rmeans file after this step. How is this possible? Can anybody point out the problem??
