Good Monday morning all!

I'm afraid I am about to start of the week with a massive ask -

Over the weekend I was approached by an old colleague in the who is now a director of H&S for a construction company in the east of Scotland and employ over 900 staff. He has asked if I will join his team as the OHA on a full time basis but would like me to be self employed providing my own equipment.

My head has been in all of a spin over the weekend as you can imagine.... I've worked for a large OH provider for a number of years and have no idea what it would take to set up on my own. Not to mention the legalities of it etc.

I'm at what feels like a huge fork in the road.....If any of you have any advise for me that would help me make my decision a little easier - I would be super grateful if you could e-mail me off list!
