How about Ways to reduce stress when you are cooped up for days with your family-- Xmas is a very stressful time for many. Did you know that calls to the Samaritans dramatically increase over this period? The suicide rate increased 2. You find that a lot of couples decide to split over this period I am a very very positive person really!!! I know this stuff as I did some training to be a Samaritan once (never made it to become fully fledged-- too depressing onto of OH work) however I admire those who do this work.
