Hi Folks, I have a member of staff who has been off following a laparoscopic cholecystectomy she had an unremarkable recovery and is due back next week. She is a cleaner and states she cannot lift anything heavy or use a buffing machine for some weeks. Can anyone comment on this please before I do a phased return.
