accapigliarsi, azzuffarsi, battibeccare, contendere, venire alle mani

Essendo Musatti veneto, immagino che ci sarą il verbo corrispondente anche in veneto e che sia trapelato nell'italiano regionale.

Cari colleghi,
spero che qualcuno di voi possa illuminarmi sul significato di un verbo, nel quale mi sono imbattuto nel corso di una mia ricerca finalizzata a un mio scritto (al quale sto tuttora lavorando). Il verbo in questione e' PATTUFFARSI . Compare in uno dei saggi di Freud legati all'estetica ("Gradiva" del 1906) tradotto in italiano da Cesare Musatti (Ed. Boringhieri, 1977, p. 36). La frase in cui compare tale verbo e' la seguente: "... quando andavamo in giro insieme da buoni amici, e anche per cambiare ci bisticciavamo e ci pattuffavamo ...". Non sono riuscito a trovare questo verbo in tutti i dizionari in mio possesso, compreso il Battaglia. Il contesto della frase mi fa pensare a un significato come "prendersi in giro" o "leticare", ecc. ecc. C'e' qualche studioso che puo' illuminarmi? Ringrazio e non manchero' di esprimere la mia riconoscenza (e "acknowledgment") nel mio scritto.
