Es algo técnico, pero hace ver con mapas y una argumentación técnica muy contundente, que el daño será irreversible en el momento en que entren las aguas en el canal artificial. Y no solo para Costa Rica
Illegal occupation of part of the territory by foreign forces is a grave violation of a very basic rule in international law. Damage exists, but restauration can be (in part) obtained by ordering to the troops to retire.
Una tropa que ocupa ilegalmente un territorio constituye una violación grave a una regla muy básica del Derecho Internacional. Causa algun tipo de daño, pero se revierte (en parte) al ordenarle su retiro.
But once waters in the artificial channel, the damage will be irreversible.
Pero una vez las aguas en el canal artificial, el daño será irreversible..
