Google just recognized its error mapping Costa Rica/Nicaragua boundary line.
A company like Google, or a single human being or a group of persons, or a collectivity is able to do so:
"Errare humanum est" we studied long years ago all of us.
But a Sovereign State do not recognize it easely, or with extreme reluctancy and after a very very long process and effort.
Thatīs the "magic" of sovereign beings (!!!)
