Commissioning for
Changing Times is a series of free training offers run by the Campaign for
Learning for cultural sector and children’s workforce
professionals. This training will give organisations working across these
sectors a practical insight into what commissioning is, why it’s
important, and how it can become an essential ‘means’ to help your
organisation ensure sustainability through a tough economic climate.
Participants will not
only learn how to effectively engage with the local commissioning process
– but how to think and act strategically in response to changing times.
