How can I obtain a valid filelist? It's a text file with the list of the files and their pathname like in this screenshot?

I've also log-in in ubuntu with the root user in order to avoid any permission problem, but I can't get the script working correctly.

I'm sorry for all the question, but like i said, i'm new to FSL and also to Linux enviroment...
