Thanks for the study correction, I missed that. How can I obtain a valid filelist? It's a text file with the list of the files and their pathname like in this screenshot? http://img231.imageshack.us/img231/7113/filelistp.png I've also log-in in ubuntu with the root user in order to avoid any permission problem, but I can't get the script working correctly. I'm sorry for all the question, but like i said, i'm new to FSL and also to Linux enviroment... Best regards. Nicolò
