Dear FSL users I'm new in TBSS,and try to analysis a population of subjects. Now i had realigned the data in other space(not in MNI space). is it possible to make the skeleton without doing the step of the tbss_1_preproc and tbss_2_reg ? Hoping for some answers and gratefully Albert
