Hi, I have a series of correlation maps that represent correlations (derived from fMRI data) between a seed and every other voxel in the brain. I have one map per subject and two groups of subjects. I would like to test for differences in seed based correlations between the two groups. Is it appropriate to use the randomise tool for this procedure? Thank you, Jennifer
