Dear FSL users
I have 3 groups with one condition so I'm trying to perform a one-factor 3 level ANOVA with age and sex as covariates of FA images, but I can't figure out how to set it on Glm-GUI.
I've read all the examples in the fsl_random_index & Feat_index and they are all for
repeated meassures (different conditions for the same subjects), which
is different from what I'm trying to do.
Can any one help me?
