Dear FSL users I'm trying to figure out about the TBSS procedure implemented on FSL, and I'm wondering is I need to align all te FA data to an FAtemplate or can be a MRI template?, if yes, is it possible to do all the stats in my own template space? I apreciate your help Bests Gabriel
