We've just released a new product called TILT, which we hope will prove to be a useful clinical tool. It's free and can be seen via

At the core of TILT is the ability for clinicians to record any clinical learning they may have experienced - so acting as a learning log. However, the real beauty is that this learning is shared with other members of TILT. Clinicians can learn from each other. We see this as bottom up education - clinicians record their learning which then educates others.
Importantly, from a evidence perspective, we have created a system to interact with TILTs, allowing the insertion of evidence into someone's learning (if it wasn't there already).
There are lots of features of TILT to make it more useful. For instance the ability to select those people that interest you, export all your learning as a PDF (for use in CME/appraisal), powerful search, highlighting related TILTs and evidence.
