I hope for advice on comments and submissions about (eg) planning processes making all data, including personal data, that is submitted a matter of public record.
Please see http://tinyurl.com/2cp6v7g which has the wording:
"If you make a submission please be aware that your contact details and any points you have contributed will form part of a public record, which may be published on the Internet and made publicly available in other formats."
The red colour, (for those of you reading in black and white) is from the page in question
Is that statement correct?
May one prohibit contact details from being made clear on the internet, despite their being in the public paper record?
If one instructs that they may only be in the public paper record, does that render any submission legally invalid?
