Thank you all for the replies it’s nice to know people are willing to share info out there.

 

There seems to be a split between:

 

the council paid for new basic cost items and

 

it depends what is put in the remediation contract with the contractor make some decisions on what are the most cost effective measures i.e. its cheaper to buy a shed than to move and store them.
