Dear all, We have recently had a number of masonic lodges depositing archives. Most have not requested any closure period, but some have requested 30 or 50 years. Normal DPA rules apply, but I'm reluctant to offer blanket closure. The deposits are too small to make it worthwhile to charge for storage of closed sections. Any benchmarkings much appreciated.
