An exciting role within a leading medical device company - A Senior Consultant Statistician to join their successful and growing team. Due to growth this company are looking for someone with experience in a statistical consultancy, a strong statistical background and someone that is going to be able to apply techniques to all aspects of the business. If you are a Statistician with previous exposure to the consumer diagnostics, then this could be the role for you. Statisticians are required to report the results of the analyses for non-statisticians in both oral and written presentations. As part of this role you will be required to: - Review protocols and advise on study/trial design and statistical aspects of protocols. - Provide advice and guidance on effective data collection and utilisation to aid decision making - Perform statistical analyses within a framework of good statistical practice to meet the stakeholders' needs. As a successful member of the team you will manage outsourced statistics projects through approved agencies and contractors and represent the business externally to regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate will have an MSc and an in depth understanding of statistics, a Biological background and PhD candidates are also highly recommended for this role.
