At UWE we manage this through our HR admin team,  questionnaire is generated for leavers, they can respond and if they wish speak to an HR Adviser..

Dear colleagues,

 

I realise this is not specifically equality related but I hope you can help.   We are looking at whether or not to outsource  staff  exit surveys.  I would be grateful if you could please get in touch (off line if you prefer) if your HEI outsources this process,  and if so what costs you incur to do this and whether you consider it good value for money. 

 

We've had an approach from a company called Talent Drain, so if you have  prior  experience of this company it would be helpful to know what you think of their service.
