We are looking at
whether or not to outsource exit surveys. I would be grateful if you could
please get in touch (off line if you prefer) if your HEI outsources this
process, what costs you incur to do this and whether you consider it good
value for money.
We've had an
approach from a company called Talent Drain, so if you have experience of
this company it would be helpful to know what you think of their
service.
