Dear All At the recent Roche Symposium during the discussion about hs-TNT, one member of the audience mentioned a Randox IQC, negative control (for what?) with a hs-TNT value of 8ng/L with a CV of 8%. This IQC level is obviously beneficial to all hs-TNT users. I have so far received no response from either Randox or Roche regarding this urgent matter. I would appreciate a rapid response from whoever mentioned this IQC material with Catalogue No etc. Many thanks Gail Dr Gail Curtis Consultant Biochemist Dept of Chemical Pathology Glan Clwyd Hospital Ffôn * Tel: (01745) 445293 (WHTN 1815 5293) Bwrdd Iechyd Prifysgol Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board Helpwch arbed papur - oes angen i chi argraffu'r e-bost hwn? "Traditional" units are µg/L, but that now means reporting in 3 decimal places. Have many folks changed to ng/L resulting in whole numbers. Will report back consensus if one exists. Should this be done fomally by the EQAS schemes ? with best wishes Richard Richard Mainwaring-Burton Consultant Biochemist South London Healthcare Trust Queen Mary's Hospital Sidcup, Kent, DA14 6LT 020-8308-3084 mob: 07831-739876 ******************************************************************************************************************** This message may contain confidential information.
