We are currently having the same problems with the Roche Direct Bilirubin method in neonates being severely affected by haemolysis as was discussed on this forum in March this year.
We are considering how to get around this - I was wondering if anyone could share their experiences of working with either Synermed, or with the Synermed Direct Bilirubin 700nm assay?

Any information would be gratefulyy received
Thanks, Fiona
