Hi Lin,
Apologies for my previous incomplete message. I'm a mental health advisor within OH so do this sort of stuff for a living. I'd be happy for you to give me a call to talk it through. I'll be around monday afternoon if that's any good for you.

I have been approached by HR to give a Stress Awareness talk. As I am fairly new to OH, I was hoping the list would be able to help me answer the following questions which HR would like addressed in the talk.

1)	Are risk assessments a legal requirement or best practice?
2)	Do the Court look at whether you have implemented HSE guidelines when hearing stress cases?
3)	What are advantages of having a stress policy?

I have been also asked to put together a list of questions that the HR department can ask employees to help them manage their long term sickness more effectively.

Your responses will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks
Lin
