Commercial Manager

As part of the dynamic Digital Design Studio (DDS) at the Glasgow School of Art, you will manage and support current operational business to ensure that the DDS wins commercial research contracts and consultancy business against agreed targets. In conjunction with this, you will strategically develop a commercialisation roadmap for its key market sectors.

You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent) with significant professional experience as a Commercial Manager including involvement in agreeing appropriate contractual arrangements. You will also couple knowledge of Intellectual Property legislation with proven success at income generation from a range of income streams (research, consultancy and commercialisation) in both operational and strategic terms.
